If insight were enough, this would already be different.

Things look like they’re working

You’re capable, responsible, and used to handling complexity. You make decisions, follow through, and people rely on you.

But in your personal life—especially in relationships—something keeps repeating, and it’s not as easy to solve.

I work with professionals, creatives, and couples who are used to being the competent one—and are ready for real change.

Most of my clients have already tried to figure this out.

They’ve thought about it, read about it, maybe even been to therapy before. They’re not lacking insight. What’s frustrating is that the same patterns keep showing up anyway.

For couples, this often shows up as having the same conversation over and over—just in different forms.

I’m not a passive therapist. Our work is active, focused, and practical—understanding what’s actually driving these patterns and shifting them in a way that holds up outside the session.

A professional psychotherapist.

This work is a good fit if:

  • You’re successful in your career, but your relationships feel more complicated than they should

  • You tend to be the one who holds things together—and it’s getting exhausting

  • You and your partner keep having the same argument in different forms

  • You think a lot, have insight, but still feel stuck in certain dynamics

  • You’re looking for in-person therapy in Nashville or virtual sessions throughout the US

Background

Before becoming a therapist, I worked at high-performance companies in Hollywood, including 15+ years at the world’s top talent agency. I’m familiar with environments where the stakes are high, expectations are constant, and there’s not much room to fall apart—and how that shows up in personal life and relationships.

Additional Areas of Focus

I also work with people who are navigating betrayal, starting to question their relationship with alcohol, or going through periods where things feel heavier than usual.

This can include feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or having moments where you’re not sure you want to keep doing things the same way.

This work is handled directly and thoughtfully, without overreacting or minimizing what’s going on, and with a focus on both immediate support and meaningful change.

If this sounds like what you’re looking for, the first step is a brief consultation to see if it’s a fit.
